Bob Haney is a partner in Foley Hoag's Litigation Department. He leads the Labor & Employment practice in the firm's New York office. With more than 30 years of experience, Bob litigates complex commercial disputes including conducting arbitrations, jury trials, bench trials, and mediations for major corporations as well as small and mid-sized biotech, financial and technology firms.
Bob advises clients with respect to employment law issues in numerous internal investigations including recent high profile investigations where he advised on employment contract issues involving CEOs and other senior executives. While experienced in the full range of business and financial disputes, he has particular proficiency conducting arbitrations and trials involving the departure of senior executives and partners, non-competes and thefts of trade secrets. Bob also specializes in litigation involving the life sciences and healthcare industries.
